Online Refund & Exchange Policy
With a valid invoice, online purchases may be returned or exchanged at any Earthbound Trading location or online. If returned in stores, a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. Gift card can be used in store or online.
All online refunds from online purchases will be issued back to the form of original payment.
Purchases made in store can be returned/exchanged online only if the merchandise is an existing online item. Please contact customer service for verification.**

If returned without contact, online purchases mailed for return must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivered date. Please include a copy of your invoice and designate the desired action per item (return or exchange).

Some Clearance (Sale) items may be final and not eligible for return.
Item that are not eligible for return or exchange or marked as such in the item description.
Clearance items purchased with additional promotional discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Clearance items that are no longer featured on the site are not eligible for return or exchange.
Some Promotional items are subject to refund value only (calculated discount based on free items accompanying paid items. For ex. Buy two get one free)
