Unfortunately with our capabilities right now orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. No worries though, your things can be returned via mail or brought to your closest Earthbound Trading Company location, and we'll get things sorted out for you. Sweet! A gift card! That little rectangular bit of magic (aka your gift card) can be applied to your cart before checkout. Have your full gift card number handy and that 4-digit pin. Your gift card won't be charged until your order is placed. You can check your gift card balance here.

Friendly reminder: to apply the 20% OFF New Subscriber coupon or the Birthday Discount you'll need to create an account on our website and be logged in to use it. We are unable to add any discounts or refund the difference once the order has been placed.
To qualify for Free Shipping, your subtotal must be $75 before taxes and after promotional discounts are applied. Please note, some items are not eligible for Free Shipping due to size and/or weight and gift card purchases do not apply to the free shipping threshold. Exceptions to free shipping will be noted on the item page.

Inventory and Product Questions

A Made in China sticker means this was the last place the stone was polished, sorted or processed before it got into our hands, not necessarily where the stone was unearthed from. Our crystals are worldwide travelers!
Our products come from various suppliers and artists from around the world. In addition, we have a small-but-mighty team of in-house designers who create products just for us! Things unique to Earthbound will have 'EB Exclusive' on the tag and in the product name online.

We're proud to be privately-owned! We do not offer wholesale services.
We use vendors who abide by our safety and ethics standards. We maintain a close relationship with all our vendors and have a team that visits them regularly to ensure that our ethical requirements are being met. We take pride in our products and take great care to enforce these standards.
We are always evolving and improving our practices and having constant in-depth conversations and closer relationships with our vendors about sourcing, importing, compliance measures and ethics that meet, even exceed, the high standards we set.
Earthbound has partnered with the Arbor Day Foundation for over a decade and makes a donation of .05 cents anytime a guest opts out of using a plastic or paper bag. We have donated close to $300,000 since we began this initiative with Arbor Day!
*If a Guest opts out of a plastic bag but still needs a bag, we have eco-friendly alternatives that a guest can purchase, like our organic cotton totes designed by our EB Artists. The Arbor Day Foundation receives a donation whenever an EB plastic or paper bag is not taken.
Our wrap skirts are a favorite of ours! Since they are made from recycled fabrics and no two are exactly the same, this makes it difficult for us to sell them online. However, we do offer a Wrap Skirt Guide online to help you style it. You can also visit any store for ideas and assistance!
Shipping and Delivery
Your order will be shipping through USPS or FedEx once it has been fulfilled. Fulfillment typically takes 2-3 business days, although it can take longer during the Holiday season and during high sales traffic times. Feel free to check your tracking number in the links below!
All tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.
If you created an account or logged into your account when placing the order; you can view your order and tracking information on your "My Account" page.
If you did not create an account when placing your order; you can use this form to access your order and tracking information.
At this time, we ship only within the contiguous 48 states. This excludes Hawaii and Alaska. We do ship to APO/FPO addresses. Additional charges may apply. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
At this time we do not ship from store to store or offer a "pick up in-store" option.

We offer this as a courtesy on orders valued over $150.00. If you wish to opt out of this free service, give us a call or shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP to let us know. Please note Earthbound Trading Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Sometimes tracking does not get updated if a package has not been scanned at every step of the process. If it has not moved for more than 72 hours, let us know at email@example.com and we'll be happy to get things sorted out.
Returns and Exchanges
Sure thing! Return/exchange information can be found in the link below. Take your item(s) to your favorite Earthbound store with your invoice. All items must be in resellable condition with tags.
If you have an account with us you can log in to initiate the mail-in return process. Select "My Orders"> "View"> "Return".
If you did not create an account when placing your order; you can use this form to access your order information and start the mail-in return process.
This request is then submitted to our Customer Service team for review, item(s) can be mailed back within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Earthbound Trading Company does not offer return labels for refund and exchanges.
The Customer Service team will process your request on our end to ensure you receive the correct refund amount. These refunds are typically issued within 2-3 business days.
Store credit will be added back to the original gift card used to purchase your items. If you no longer have this gift card, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a new card!
