As part of our supplier onboarding and ongoing review processes, Earthbound requires business partners to acknowledge and comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct and all applicable laws and regulations. These expectations include:

• Prohibition of forced, bonded, involuntary, prison, or child labor.
• Compliance with applicable wage, hour, and employment laws.
• Provision of safe and healthy working conditions.
• Respectful treatment of workers and prohibition of discrimination, harassment, and abuse.
• Compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
• Ethical business practices, including anti-corruption and anti-bribery requirements.
• Cooperation with compliance reviews and corrective action efforts when necessary.

Earthbound may request certifications, compliance documentation, or third-party audit information from suppliers as part of its supplier assessment and risk review processes.
